Diecut/Interior
If a standard style box won't fit your needs, let our design team create custom die cut packaging for your product. A cutting die lets us create non-standard cuts and scores in the sheet to facilitate folding and assembling the package in innumerable ways.We can produce special closures, creative package shapes, interior compartments, one-step set-up designs, and others.
Direct Print
We have several machines capable of providing you with quality graphical packaging. Our multiple-color presses and large four-color graphics die cutter machines produce beautiful, quality print. Through a variety of materials and print/varnish processes, we can create vivid graphics with powerful selling capabilities.Our direct print capabilities have brought us requests from several competitors to assist them with projects. We enjoy those trust-based relationships within our industry.
Labeling
We can provide photo quality label graphics with sizes ranging from 8" x 10" to 52" x 76". Our state-of-the-art machine from Automaton allows our customers to employ labeling for a variety of uses from food packaging to in-store displays. We offer Spot-Labeling (to reduce the size of the label and package cost) and Full-Labeling (which covers the entire package for maximum impact). We can also use labels in conjunction with direct print for the perfect graphic solution at the right price.Digital Print
Digital Printing has grown significantly as an option for beautiful graphics on corrugated packaging. Digital Print is often a great option for shorter to medium runs where multi-color graphics are desired. It can allow our customers to have fantastic graphics without some of the potential tooling costs associated with direct print which allows for cost effective packaging when running typically smaller quantities. Utilizing a variety of digital print options, we can work with you to discover if this is a positive direction for your project.
Line Ready
As one of our commitments to our customers, we have a Line-Ready department that services customers needing ready-to-go packaging. On a daily basis, often for large automotive industry customers, we assemble and ship large packaging with set-up interior packaging that will be immediately ready for product upon arrival at the customer's site. This is a great labor saving option for just-in-time requirements.
Partition/Interior Fullfillment
Using CAD technology and the vast experience of our designers, we can create protective and cost-effective ways to ship large or small quantities of product safely and securely using partitions and interior architecture.From simple collapsing cell partitions to complex diecut assemblies, we have a solution for your needs. The use of either paper or plastic corrugated expands the possibilities.
Returnable
We recognize that most of our customers' packaging programs are multi-faceted. That’s why we developed the capability to manufacture customizable returnable packaging.We are able to supply everything from molded plastic totes to intricate plastic corrugated partitions with anti-abrasive laminates to protect class A finishes.
